  • 3 ½ tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 6 ounces Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1 9-inch pizza dough, homemade or frozen store bought
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella
  • 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
