Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
