Giant Soccer Ball Cookies


  • 3 ½ cups Pioneer Original or Buttermilk Biscuit & Baking Mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (7 or 8 ounces) almond paste (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened

In large mixer bowl, beat almond paste and butter until smooth (about 3 minutes). Add sugar, egg and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
