Grilled Goat Cheese and Pesto Pizza


  • Toppings of choice: I used sliced tomato and sautéed cremini mushrooms
  • 5 oz fresh goat cheese
  • For Pizza
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup olive oil
    • 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts (toast pine nuts in a dry skillet over medium/high until toasty)
    • 2 tsp minced garlic
    • 3 cups lightly packed basil leaves
    • For Pesto
