Grilled Pizza with Tapenade, Roasted Onions and Blue Cheese
Ingredients
- 3 cups crumbled blue cheese
- 3-½ cups Roasted Vidalia Onions
- 1-¼ cups Olive Tapenade
- ¼ cup olive oil; more for brushing
- 2 tsp. kosher salt; more for sprinkling the crust
- 1-¼ lb. (about 4-¼ cups) all-purpose flour
- 1-¼ cups warm water (about 105°F)
