Grilled Pizza with Tapenade, Roasted Onions and Blue Cheese

Ingredients

• 3 cups crumbled blue cheese
• 3-½ cups Roasted Vidalia Onions
• 1-¼ cups Olive Tapenade
• ¼ cup olive oil; more for brushing
• 2 tsp. kosher salt; more for sprinkling the crust
• 1-¼ lb. (about 4-¼ cups) all-purpose flour
• 1-¼ cups warm water (about 105°F)
