Herbed Ricotta Tart

Ingredients
- 2 cups thinly sliced green onions
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely grated fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
- ½ cup thinly sliced fresh chives
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
