Ingredients

  • 1 cup (140 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into 12 pieces
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • Rainbow sprinkles for sprinkling (optional)
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 to 3 Tbs. water
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 cup (340 grams) raspberry jam
    • 3 Tbs. cold milk
    • 1 ¾ cups (245 grams) unbleached all-purpose flour
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 1 egg, lightly beaten
