Hot Potatoes

Ingredients

• 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch round slices
• 1 ¼ t minced garlic, divided
• Salt and pepper
• 1 T olive oil
• 1 (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
• ½ c minced fresh cilantro
• 1 large tomato, diced
• + 1 more ingredients
• • ½ c shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
