Hot Ricotta Spinach Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 tube (10 oz., for 12-in. crust) refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1 can (8 oz.; 1 cup) marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced or pressed
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 carton (8 oz.; 1 cup) ricotta cheese
