Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) fresh mozzarella
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 0.25 cup(s) freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 cup(s) finely shredded basil leaves
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
- Extra-virgin olive oil
