Mini Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ whole grain bagel
  • ¼ cup Del Monte® Sliced Carrots, drained and diced

Cooking Directions 1. Toast whole grain bagel half in a toaster oven on low heat. 2. Spread pizza sauce on the toasted bagel half. 3. Sprinkle low-fat mozzarella cheese on top. 4. Toast again in the toaster oven on low heat until cheese melts.5. Sprinkle carrots on top and enjoy.
