    • ½ Cup Beer (Preferred: Golden Summer Ales or Lagers)
    • Salt & Pepper to Taste
    • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
    • ¼ tsp. Paprika (or Smoked Paprika if you have it)
    • ¼ tsp. Ancho Chili Powder
    • ½ tsp. Liquid Smoke
    • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
    • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
    • 2 Tbsp. White Vinegar
    • ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. Spinach Juice (for subtle color)
