Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chopped pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 2/3 cup chopped dried figs (about 4 ounces)
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled soft goat cheese
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 4 whole-wheat English muffins, split
    • Thyme sprigs (optional)
    • 3 tablespoons water
