Ingredients

  • 1 (10-inch) Basic Pizza Dough
  • 3 ounces buffalo mozzarella, cut into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons torn fresh basil
  • 6 very thin tomato slices
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
