Ingredients
- 18 grams finely grated Gruyère cheese
- 30 grams pecorino fresco
- 1 ball of Pizza Dough,
- 1 medium clove garlic
- 120 grams fresh spinach
- 2 pinches freshly ground black pepper
- 50 grams fresh mozzarella
- + 2 more ingredients

- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
1 Place the pizza stone in a gas oven on the middle rack. Preheat the oven on bake at 500°F for 30 minutes. Switch to broil for 10 minutes and then back to bake at 500°F.
