Quinoa Flatbread - Pan Plano de Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quinoa
  • 2/3 cups water
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup water
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil for pan

1. Place the quinoa in a small saucepan. Add 1/4 teaspoons salt and 2/3 cups of water.
