  • 2 large Bosc pears
  • 1 13.8-ounce tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
  • ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon red currant jelly
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line heavy rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pears. Sauté until almost tender, about 8 minutes.
