  • All-purpose flour, for dusting
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 oz. Bûcheron goat cheese (or fresh goat cheese)
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 3 Tbs. fresh rosemary leaves
  • 3 Tbs. heavy cream

Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 450°F.Thinly slice the cheese and then crumble and tear it into a small bowl.
