Sausage, Zucchini, and Pepper Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 ½ cups roasted red peppers, drained and thinly sliced
- 12 ounces sweet sausage, sliced
- 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 (10-ounce) portions frozen pizza dough, thawed
- 1 cup grated provolone cheese
Arrange oven racks in the lower and upper third of the oven. Heat the oven to 475°F. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown sausage on both sides until almost done, about 3 minutes; drain on paper towels.
