Sausage, Zucchini, and Pepper Pizza

  • 2 (10-ounce) portions frozen pizza dough, thawed
  • 1 cup grated provolone cheese
  • 1 ½ cups roasted red peppers, drained and thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 ounces sweet sausage, sliced
  • 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced

Arrange oven racks in the lower and upper third of the oven. Heat the oven to 475°F.
