SWEET POTATO PIZZA DOUGH
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup cooked, mashed sweet potato (about ½ of a large sweet potato)
- 3-3 ½ cups bread flour
- 1 envelope (2 ¼ teaspoons) yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ cups warm water (110 degrees)
Preheat a pizza stone to 450 degrees.Place the water, olive oil and honey in a large mixing bowl; stir well.
