  • All-purpose Pizza Dough
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
  • Cooking spray
  • ¾ cup (3 ounces) shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons yellow cornmeal
    • ¼ cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Roll the prepared dough into a 15-inch circle on a floured surface. Place the dough on a 15-inch round pizza pan sprinkled with cornmeal.
