  • 1 12-oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 12-oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup pitted, chopped black olives
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 10-inch flatbreads or flour tortillas

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange racks in top and bottom thirds of oven. Line two baking sheets with foil. Place one flatbread on each baking sheet and brush each with 1 Tbsp. oil.
