Ingredients

  • 1 pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 6 tablespoons low-fat balsamic vinaigrette, divided
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, divided
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons Gorgonzola or other blue cheese
    • 6 cups mixed greens, divided
    • 8 ounces fresh pizza dough
    • 2 ounces Canadian bacon, finely chopped
