Ingredients

  • 3 cups grated Fontina cheese
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 2 pounds wild mushrooms (such as crimini, oyster, chanterelle, and stemmed shiitake)
  • Garlic oil
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • Pizza Dough

    • 2 cups dry white wine
    • 7 teaspoons grapeseed oil
    • 2 tablespoons shallot
    • 3 onions
    • Cornmeal
