Winter Greens, Asiago, and Anchovy Pizza

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (3 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups loosely packed baby spinach (about 3 ounces)
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 cup sliced red onion (about 1 medium)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 canned anchovy fillets, minced
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 3 cups chopped turnip greens (about 5 ounces)
    • ½ cup (2 ounces) grated Asiago cheese
    • Cooking spray
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 (10-ounce) Italian cheese-flavored thin pizza crust (such as Boboli)

Preheat oven to 400°. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add red onion, and cook for 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
