Zucchini, Red Onion, and Pepper Flatbread

Ingredients

  • olive oil for grilling
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh oregano
  • 10 ounce(s) refrigerated pizza dough
  • flour for dusting
  • ½ cup(s) parmesan cheese - shredded
  • 3 tablespoon(s) parsley - fresh, chopped
  • 1 red onion - sliced thin
