Apple, Celery, and Smoked Ham Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 cups celery
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh marjoram

    • 2 1/3 cups Black Forest ham

    • 5 cups crustless firm white bread
    • 4 cups Granny Smith apples
    • 4 cups onions
