Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark brown sugar
  • 2 navel oranges, sliced
  • ¾ cup whole cloves
  • ¾ cup bourbon or apple juice, divided
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 (10-pound) smoked fully cooked ham

Wrap ham in aluminum foil, and place in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan; bake at 325° for 2 hours.Remove ham from oven, and increase heat to 450°. Unwrap; discard foil.
