Ingredients

  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 package (30 ounces) frozen country style hash-brown potatoes (shredded potatoes)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (about ¼ cup)
  • 1 fully-cooked ham steak (about 8 ounces), diced
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Garlic & Lime Verde Restaurant Style Salsa
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
  • Chopped fresh cilantro leaves
