Cordon Bleu Appetizers

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup(s) fully cooked ham, diced
  • 4 ounce(s) Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup(s) swiss cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup(s) chives, minced, divided
  • 18 slice(s) French bread (½ inch thick)

Beat cream cheese and mustard until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese, ham and 1/4 cup chives. Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture over each bread slice. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with remaining chives.
