Country Ham and Asparagus Bake

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • ½ teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 2 cups fat-free (skim) milk
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 cups fat-free cholesterol-free egg product or 8 eggs
    • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen asparagus or broccoli cuts
    • ¼ cup chopped bell pepper
    • 1 medium onion, chopped (½ cup)
    • 1 cup chopped fully cooked ham
