  • 1 cup(s) shredded or cubed ham
  • 2 medium potatoes, (steamed for 20 min)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • ½ cup(s) fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 scallion thinly sliced
  • broccoli cut in small flowerets
