Ingredients

  • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 18-inch baguette, sliced lengthwise
  • 8 ounces cooked ham, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar

1. Preheat broiler to high and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil. In a medium bowl, stir together ham, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. 2.
