  • ¼ cup thinly sliced country ham
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 8 6-ounce ramekins or ovenproof teacups
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic
  • 10 ounces spinach
