Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Manchego cheese
  • 4 very thin slices Serrano ham or prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup shallots
  • 4 cups arugula leaves
  • ¼ cup pitted brine-cured green olives
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
    • ¼ cup roasted red bell pepper from jar
    • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 small garlic cloves
    • 1 tablespoon Sherry wine vinegar
    • Fleur de sel or coarse kosher salt
    • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    • 4 large eggs
    • 4 cups baby frisée
    • 4 3/4-inch-thick slices pain rustique or ciabatta

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. DO AHEAD: Relish can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir olive oil and garlic in large bowl.
