GREAT HOT BRUNCH HAM BUNS

Ingredients

  • 2 dozen dollar-size buns
  • 24 slice(s) cheese - Provolone or Swiss
  • 1 ½ pound(s) Deli ham
  • Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) yellow mustard
  • 1 cup(s) butter
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 4 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoon(s) poppy seeds

Stack: bun bottom, 1/2 cheese slice, ham, 1/2 cheese slice, bun top. You will need 2-9x13 pans. Arrange 12 buns in each pan. Melt together the sauce ingredients and spoon over the sandwiches. Refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 325° for 25 minutes. Bake uncovered at 325° for 5 minutes.
