Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • Chopped Onions to taste
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 cup(s) diced ham
  • 1 cup(s) grated cheese
  • ½ cup(s) Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup(s) melted butter
    • 3 cup(s) Hash Browns

Press hash browns into an ungreased pie pan. Pour butter over top. Bake at 425° for 25 - 30 minutes. Add mixture of the remaining ingredients to the top. TURN DOWN oven to 350°.
