  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup peach preserves
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 20 whole cloves
