Marsala-Glazed Ham

  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 20 whole cloves
  • 1 ¼ cups sweet Marsala or Madeira
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 (10-pound) bone-in 33%-less-sodium smoked, fully cooked ham half
  • Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer until Marsala mixture is reduced to 2/3 cup (about 8 minutes). Remove from heat.
