  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced provolone cheese
  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced cooked ham
  • 1 (6-ounce) can pitted ripe olives
  • 1 (32-ounce) package frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 8 ounces thinly sliced salami
    • 1 (12-ounce) jar marinated red pepper strips
    • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke heart quarters
    • 1 pound small fresh mushrooms

Cut 1 bread loaf in half crosswise. Roll out 1 half on a lightly floured surface into a 10-inch circle. Cover, and set aside.
