Mini Muffalettas
Ingredients
- 12 Genoa salami slices
- 16 ounce(s) Italian Olive Salad (Boscoli is the best)
- 12 dinner rolls- cut inch half (leaving a top and a bottom) (small)
- 12 thin Swiss cheese slices
- 12 thin deli ham slices
- 12 thin provolone cheese slices
Spread 1 T olive salad evenly over each cut side of roll bottoms. Layer- Swiss cheese, ham slice, olive salad, provolone cheese, salami slice and olive salad. Repeat with remaining 11 rolls.
