Molasses-Coffee Glazed Ham


  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 cup molasses
  • ¾ cup brewed strong coffee
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar apricot jam
  • 1 (8- to 9-pound) bone-in, fully cooked smoked ham half
