Pineapple Ham Loaf 2

Ingredients

• 6 cup(s) coarsely ground cooked ham (You can prepare inch food processor)
• 1 ½ cup(s) dry bread crumbs
• ½ cup(s) chopped parsley
• ¹/₃ cup(s) chopped onion
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) ground mustard
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) ground ginger
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) curry powder

• • 2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • 1 can(s) crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained well-juice saved (20 ounce can)
  • ¹/₈ teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • ¼ cup(s) packed dark brown sugar
  • vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 3 eggs (large)

Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, and drained pineapple. Coat a 10 x 10 inch baking pan with vegetable oil spray.
