PINEAPPLE HAM LOAF

Ingredients

  • packed brown sugar
  • 1 can(s) sliced pineapple (20 ounces can)
  • 1 pound(s) ground pork
  • 1 pound(s) ground fully cooked ham (4 cups)
  • 1 each(s) salt, and pepper (¼ teaspoon each)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) ground mustard, (divided)
  • ¾ cup(s) dry bread crumbs
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
    • ½ cup(s) Milk
    • 2 Eggs

In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt and pepper. Add ham and pork; mix well. Shape into eight oval patties; set aside.
