Potatoes Au Gratin and Ham

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cup(s) whole milk
  • 3 pound(s) baking potatoes, peeled and sliced thin (approximately 9 med. potatoes)
  • 2 cup(s) cooked ham, cubed
  • ½ cup(s) onion, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoon(s) flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 ounce(s) extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
    • 2 tablespoon(s) spicy brown mustard
    • ¼ cup(s) butter
