Ingredients

  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons (1/2 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup diced low-salt, reduced-fat ham
  • Cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
    • Vegetable cooking spray
    • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
    • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
    • Green onion slices (optional)
    • 1 cup water
    • ½ cup low-fat buttermilk biscuit and baking mix

Preheat oven to 350°. Place first 8 ingredients in a food processor, and process 1 minute or until smooth.
