Ingredients

  • 1 1 1/2-inch round cookie cutter
  • ½ cup melon apple chutney
  • ¼ pound sliced cooked Virginia country ham
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

    • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
    • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
