  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® ChefStyle Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 cup diced smoked ham
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • Orange marmalade or maple syrup, warmed
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup milk or half-and-half
    • 1-½ Tbs. baking powder
    • 1 cup Sargento® Ricotta Cheese

Mix flour, salt and baking powder in large bowl. In a separate bowl, thoroughly combine eggs, Ricotta, milk, butter and orange zest. Gently stir into flour mixture and fold in cheese, ham and chives.
