Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 celery rib
  • 4 plum tomatoes (3/4 pounds total)
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • ½ cup scallion greens
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
