Braised Pork with Fuyu Persimmon
Ingredients
- ½ cup scallion greens
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 4 plum tomatoes (3/4 pounds total)
- 1 ½ pounds firm-ripe Fuyu persimmons

- 2 ½ pounds boneless pork shoulder

- ¾ teaspoon salt
