Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. Chinese black bean garlic sauce
  • 2 Tbs. minced fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbs. neutral oil or fat
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced scallions (3 medium)
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1-½ cups fresh mung bean or soybean sprouts
  • 1 to 2 Tbs. minced fresh hot red or green chiles
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 2 Tbs. minced fresh garlic
    • 6 to 8 oz. ground pork
    • 4 cups cold cooked jasmine rice (from about 2 cups raw)
    • ½ cup small-diced carrots
    • ¼ cup diced yellow onion
    • ½ cup shredded green cabbage
    • ¼ to ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
